Inside the Best Made Co Tent

If you know me, you know I'm a bit of a Best Made Co obsessive. I've been hooked ever since I saw one of their painted axes almost 4 years ago. Then I visited their store at 36 White in New York City and I held one. Now I own two of them alongside a whole host of other Best Made products. Last week I met up with the team at The Good Life Experience and took a look inside their tent.

Best Made Co was founded in 2009 by Peter Buchanan-Smith who simply saw a need for a better axe. He recognised that a well made axe could not only function as a lifeline in the wilderness, but at home it could be a magnificent window into that wilderness and inspire people to reconnect with their hands, craft, and nature. Since the company launched it has grown into one of the most innovative and original companies in the retail market. They provide a whole host of outdoor products and homewares and both their products and customer service are second to none.

Here's a look inside their tent:

It was great to meet up with axe expert and Director of Customer Experience, Nick Zdon, who had previously helped me restore a vintage Axe I had found online and also to meet Peter, Best Made's founder. They had a great selection of products on offer and I couldn't resist stocking up on some new supplies which I'll do a post on soon. I'm looking forward to meeting up with the guys again in New York next year.
